- Open Overview. Read the five cards and today’s priorities.
- Open Approvals and decide everything waiting. A draft nobody decides expires after 14 days.
- Glance at My Desk for the chores your AI team found: a product to classify, a report to add to Finance, goals never set.
Your week
- Monday: the owner’s brief arrives by email, the week on one page.
- Sales Desk: read the week against goals, and make sure someone is working the call sheets.
- At Risk: check that the high-risk members have been reached, by you or your team.
Your month
- Targets: the month against the plan, and whether next month’s goals still fit.
- Recovered Revenue: what your approvals verifiably earned. Quote the confirmed total.
- Finance and Recap: the books once the month closes, and the numbers a coach asks for.
Set these once
- Set the revenue plan and your monthly sales goals. Without them every pace reads “no plan” or “no goal set”.
- Turn on your AI team’s drafts. Until they are on, Approvals stays empty.
- Invite your team with the right role, and give location managers their sites.
- Connect your accounting, ads and Google Business Profile when you are ready. The core boards need none of them.
What only you can do
Settings, Connections and My Team are yours. You can hand a Director any of three of those powers, one person at a time: Manage the studio, Invite & manage people and Connect integrations, in Settings → Permissions → By person. Your plan and billing come from Xyzios by email.
