What this board answers

How is the part of the schedule that is not a class doing? A sauna slot, a cold plunge, a private session or a room hire is booked like a class but should never be judged like one, so Programming leaves it out on purpose. This board counts it instead: sessions on the schedule, spots offered and taken, and what the products on that line sold. Every studio calls this line something different, so the board wears your own name for it; Custom Board is only the default.

How to read it

The location switcher picks all sites or one. The tabs set the window; when the studio has more than one line, a second row of tabs picks All lines or one line.

Six tiles:

  • 1Revenue · last N days: money from the products you have mapped to this line, with the order count. With nothing mapped it says so, or how many products look like they belong here.
  • 2Sessions on the schedule (your studio may have renamed the row word).
  • 3Spots offered across every room, and Spots taken with the daily rate.
  • 4Used: spots taken of spots offered. This inventory has its own band, good above 35% and low under 15%, not your class fill target.
  • Amenity passes: products that book these rooms.

A note above the tables says when something could not be loaded on the last refresh: the numbers are then missing, not zero.

A callout may say N bookings here are missing from Programming and name session types that fill like classes. Those are types nobody has mapped yet, never ones you excluded on purpose.

By type lists each session type with sessions, spots, booked and used; one-off pop-ups are gathered into an italic tail row. By location (all-locations view only) adds revenue per site. 5What sold shows a ring of the top products and a table of Product, Revenue, Orders and Share, with Show all N products to open the full list.

A site with nothing on the line says so: nothing on this line ran at that site in this window. If you manage one location you see only your own sites; the company revenue and product figures are not shown to you.

What to do here

The board is read-only; it is fed by two decisions on Classification.

  1. In Class formats, mark a session type Not a class (amenity, event, room hire) and give it a line. A session counts here only when its type is not a class and you have put it on this line.
  2. In Product classifications, give each product on this line a category and then the line, so revenue can be counted. Without a mapped product the revenue tile is a guess from who books the room and shows no dollar figure.
  3. If the callout names a type that really is a class, map its format instead and it joins Programming from the next refresh.
  4. To rename the board or its row word, ask Xyzios support.

Common questions

Why is revenue a dash?

Nothing is mapped to this line yet, or the products could not be read on the last refresh. The tile says which.

Why is Used so much lower than my class fill?

A sauna slot exists so somebody can book it, so it is judged on its own band. Cancelled slots, which are often cancelled in bulk, are left out because they never ran.

A class of mine is listed here.

Its type has not been mapped as a class. Map the format on Classification and it moves to Programming.

Why does my site show nothing while All locations shows plenty?

The line runs at other sites. Switch to All locations to see where.

Where do the session types come from?

Your booking platform’s schedule, over the window chosen. Appointments held outside the class schedule show up as products sold rather than as sessions.
