Connect another data source

Your booking platform is connected when you start. Accounting, ads, Google and your bank feed can be added from Connections.

The owner, or a Director granted Connect integrations

Steps

  1. Open Connections in the rail and tap a tile.
  2. Press Connect. The provider’s sign-in opens inside Xyzios: sign in and allow it.
  3. The card then reads that it is authorised, and it syncs for the first time tonight.
  4. For Meta and Google, choose the Page, the ad accounts or the Analytics property in the card’s settings, then Save.

Good to know

  • Meta, Google, QuickBooks Online and the bank feed connect this way. The booking platform and payroll are set up with Xyzios.
  • None of them is needed for the core boards. An empty marketing board is more honest than one wired to an account nobody looks at.
  • Disconnect removes Xyzios’s access, but does not withdraw the permission at Google or Meta; do that there as well.
  • Want something that is not listed? Add a connection, at the bottom of the board, asks what and why, then Send request.
