A Director sees the business the way the owner does, minus the controls that decide who works here and what connects to what. You decide drafts in Approvals across the whole studio, the same as the owner.
Your day
- Overview for the five numbers and today’s priorities.
- Approvals: decide what is waiting, for every location.
- Sales Desk: the week against goals, and whether the call sheets are being worked.
Your week
- Programming: fill by class, time and format. The weakest slots are where a schedule change pays.
- Team: coverage and the fragile slots only one instructor can teach.
- Operations: anything marked “fix now” under Missed check-ins goes to the instructor or the desk the same day.
- At Risk: the high-risk members, reached by someone.
Your month
Targets against the plan, Recap for the month that just closed, and Recovered Revenue for what the approvals earned.
What a Director does not have by default
Settings, Connections and My Team stay with the owner. The owner can hand you Manage the studio (goals, the AI team’s switches, the owner’s brief and thresholds), Invite & manage people (anyone below Director) or Connect integrations, one at a time. Without See financials the Finance board leaves out the owner’s books, and says so rather than showing an empty panel.
