A Location Manager runs one or more sites. Every board you open is fenced to the locations on your row in My Team, and a board that is company-wide by nature says so rather than showing you someone else’s rooms. If you see very little, ask the owner to tick your locations in Settings → My Team.
Your day
- Front Desk for your site’s classes today and who is worth a hello.
- Sales Desk: on All it reads “Your locations”, your sites added up. Work your call sheets from each location’s tab.
- Approvals: you decide the drafts for members whose home location is one of yours.
- At Risk: your members, highest score first.
Your week
- Operations: missed check-ins marked “fix now” are still inside the booking platform’s 24-hour window. Check the roster and no-show fees never hit.
- Programming: fill at your site, and the slots that run light.
- Team: coverage at your site and the classes only one instructor can teach.
Ask Xyzi
Xyzi answers within your locations and declines company-wide figures. Ask it “which classes at my site ran under half full this month?” and it names its window and its source.
