Ask Xyzi a question

Xyzi answers questions about your studio from the same data the boards use, names where each number came from, and can save the answer as a report.

Who can
Owners, admins and Directors; Location Managers within their own locations

Steps

  1. Tap Ask Xyzi in the top bar, on any screen. A tray opens over the board you are on, with the board and location already in the question.
  2. Type your question and press Ask, or tap a suggestion such as How did last week compare? or Who’s slipping away?
  3. Read the answer. It says which window and which source each figure came from.
  4. To keep it, say “save that as a report”. It is filed in Documents under Ask Xyzi, and a link to it appears in the thread.

Ask it well

  • Name the window: “this month so far”, “last quarter”, “the last 30 days”.
  • Ask for judgment when you want it. “Should I add a Saturday class?” gets one recommendation, with the bet in numbers.
  • Ask it to queue the next step. It lands in Approvals as a proposal for you to decide.
  • ◎ Report beside a board’s title has Xyzi write that whole board up as a document.

Good to know

  • Xyzi cannot send, post or change anything, and it never sees another studio.
  • Questions draw on your studio’s monthly AI credits. The line under the question box shows what is left.
  • Front desk and instructors see Xyzi help instead: how to use the app, answered from these guides, never the studio’s numbers.
